How our Journey Started: 

   Starting back in March of 2020, we found ourselves in a confusing and harrowing time due to the Covid-19 pandemic and initial lockdown. 

Social distancing, then multiple stay-at-home orders made us feel disconnected from one another and our usual busy lifestyle. 

  In response, we decided to try and remain positive and stay inspired. 

 We stayed connected through video conferencing and social media apps. 

( Marco Polo is one of our faves!) 

 Even though this new way of connecting was far from the benefits of face to face contact, we found it was a way of raising our spirits… one phone call, one email, one text and one video at a time. 

Through many long conversations and being there ’for each other on a regular basis, It didn’t take us long until we came to realize that our bond was very unique, and incredibly healing. 

  We became aware that we really had something special together, especially as women who were sharing our time and gifts with each other! 

 We came to the conclusion that we should join forces to uplift other women who may be feeling isolated, alone, or who were just needing the harmony that we found. 

This began our vision of Harmony Girls.  

Our endeavor is to to share our stories , struggles ,valuable insight and wisdom. We will offer our personal brand of guidance and humor, Tips on healthy living and creative transformation, as well as advice for inner healing.  

We are passionate about helping to break down the emotional barriers that may hold us back from exploring our true path. As well as creative solutions for the soul of the entire woman.
